1. General Policy

Due to the nature of online educational content and instant access to materials, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment

• Technical error resulting in inability to access purchased content

• Billing errors confirmed by our team
